Elite Santa Barbara Concrete Company was founded in 2024 by concrete professionals who had spent years watching homeowners get burned by contractors who cut corners on base preparation, skipped permits, and disappeared when something went wrong. Santa Barbara deserved better.
We are based in Santa Barbara and work on properties throughout the Central Coast and Southern California - from hillside homes on the Riviera with steep, clay-heavy lots to flat residential streets in Ventura and the Conejo Valley. Every neighborhood has its own soil conditions, design review requirements, and architectural character, and we account for all of that on every job.
Concrete is permanent. A slab poured wrong does not fix itself over time. That is why we invest in proper base preparation, pull every required permit, and stay on the job until the city inspector signs off. We want homeowners to still be satisfied with our work decades from now.

We carry general liability and workers compensation insurance on every job. This protects you as the property owner if anything goes wrong during the project.
A contractor bond provides an additional layer of financial protection. It is a requirement for holding an active California contractor license in good standing.
